This Week in IMPACT
The construction of the structural steel for the new Kids Building has been completed. Construction workers have added lights to the facility and will begin the next phase of construction. The large crane used to erect the steel has been moved to the new Adult Education / Circulation Space Building.
In just a few days, workers have begun erecting the steel for this new building. After this, the crane and workers will move to the new Student Building and begin working on the structure of it.

IMPACT Updates
The new building construction continues to progress at a great pace. Two weeks ago, the library temporarily moved next to the FLC West Gym to allow for its expansion. The library volunteers worked alongside movers to set up shop and keep the library fully open during construction. Over the next few weeks, the old library space will be demolished to make room for the new, larger library and additional circulation space.
Starting next week, the West Entrance to the Worship Center will be closed as the new library and circulation space are constructed. This exit will now be available as an EMERGENCY EXIT only. Please be aware of this as you leave the Worship Center next week.
The new construction has greatly affected our parking and campus circulation. Please check the website for information regarding the quickest ways to get on and off of the campus.
This is an exciting time at Champion Forest. God is doing great things here as we build to IMPACT people for Him. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
Student Building Construction Updates
I am sure that you have noticed the construction taking place all over our campus, but incase you are new here, or just want to know “what’s what” here is the update on how our building campaign, called IMPACT, is impacting our campus.
The entry to our campus from Latson Rd, just north of the current Student building will be closed today. Weather permitting, we plan to open it again on Sunday December 14th.
Please remember the east fire escape exit from the AD building is now for emergency use only and there will be no reentry from this exit during construction. The entire corridor will soon be under re-construction and will be closed periodically over the next few months.
As a friendly reminder we would ask that no one venture into the construction areas. This is for your own safety. But other than that, please feel free to drive by and look at all the progress IMPACT is making on our campus for future generations and for Him.
